Finding a great broadband deal can be the easiest thing in the world with Hoppy's help. We make comparing all the various deals and providers much simpler and quicker than you can imagine.

With so many broadband deals to choose from, there is more variety than ever when it comes to finding the right provider. This competition means better quality deals and more choice for the consumer, and all you need to do is get to the bottom of what’s available and what is right for you.

We’ll be getting to grips with one of the best broadband providers on the market, EE broadband, looking at the deals they offer and the benefits for their customers.

Check You Can Sign Up

There are four main plans with a few obvious differences for EE home broadband. It’s worth pointing out that deals are made available depending on the user’s location. So, before getting started, it's important to check that this provider is available in your area, and which particular services are a viable option. This is as simple as registering with Hoppy by typing in your postcode and email address

What’s Available?

There are a few different deals available through EE and your most basic option is Broadband (up to 17Mb/s). The next tier is Fibre Broadband (up to 38Mb/s), that ultimately branches out to Fibre Plus Broadband and Fibre Max Broadband (up to 76Mb/s). There are a few distinctive differences across these tiered services, and the general rule is: faster internet means higher cost.

Most EE competitors, from Virgin to O2, have similar offerings, with a tiered monthly fee going up with higher broadband speeds. In the case of EE, broadband speeds begin at 16mb/s for the TV & Unlimited Broadband package, increasing to 38mb/s for the Unlimited Fibre Broadband and going all the way up to 76mb/s for Unlimited Fibre Plus. These contracts are set at 18 months, which is comparable to the other broadband services out there. Providers tend to offer contracts between 12 and 18 months, with Sky being a notable example.

Broadband speed isn’t the only thing to take into account though. There’s also usage data and the ability to stream across multiple devices. Just like with broadband speed, when it comes to the ability to use multiple devices, the more you pay, the more you get. However, with EE, you’ll always have the benefit of unlimited data usage.

TV packages are also part of many EE bundles, alongside EE mobile phone deals, which are priced based on the benefits they offer, such as free roaming and broadband speed.

Comparing EE with Other Providers

With their offer of totally unlimited usage, the inclusion of line rental, and exclusive 5GB mobile data boost for EE pay monthly mobile customers, EE makes for a great choice. And if you want to see how EE compares to other providers, Hoppy makes finding the best deal straightforward. We look into every aspect of these broadband deals, making sure that you’re getting the best value for your needs.
