About Plentific Guarantee

Let’s face it, a good Pro can be hard to find. You want your job done to a high standard, with no complications. This is where the Plentific Guarantee comes in handy. We want you to buy with confidence anytime you purchase a service; that's why we guarantee service quality when you purchase services from a Pro with us.

Conditions of the Guarantee

If your service was not completed according to the final scope agreed through Plentific's systems we will work with you and your Pro to correct the problem. When this is not possible, we will find another Pro to get your job finished. We will also cover any additional work up to the value of £1,000.

How to make a claim

If anything should go wrong, the original Pro who carried out the works will come back to fix it. If they are not available in a reasonable timescale then we will find another Pro for you.

Prior to submitting a claim, please review the Plentific Guarantee Terms and Conditions in full to determine whether you are eligible and whether you can provide proper documentation. If so, simply email Plentific at [email protected] and you’ll be connected with a Guarantee representative who will respond within one business day.
